This week could be characterized as plateauish, which is the bit where the scenery may get boring. Loss leader for this week is Ginamonster, down 3!
As a group, we've gained a pound. Still, we're 62 lbs lighter than we were in January, which is good.
The numbers follow. The chart is busted and I have to go to work, it'll reappear next week!

February and its cold weather is a good time to regroup. No doubt March, just around the corner, will see us all shedding weight like crazy. It's heartening to see that each and every one of us weighs less now than when we started.
I can't believe I lost even one pound. Last week was full of comfort food.
I think the weight would melt right off if I could quit my job!
Who's this Group Totals' person at the bottom of this list? They've lost an unhealthy amount of weight!
I forsee much more outdoor activity being available to us in March. Just as soon as I can stand to be outside for more than 30 minutes, I am hitting the trails!
I walked the dog today. I'm hoping that sort of thing will keep me on the downhill slope
