So far we've lost a total of 27 pounds (that's about the weight of all the brains among us), for 11.2% of our total goal. When we're done, we'll have lost 241 pounds. That's a bunch!

I gained back almost all I lost--but to be honest I think it's just normal variation so far. My plan isn't a quick one so I didn't expect that initial "loss" to hold up.

I'm happy for everyone! And I'm looking forward to starting my training for the spring races...hopefully the pounds will M-E-L-T away like a chocolate bar in Miami during the month of August.
