We've dropped 3 little pounds collectively, for a new total of 79 since January. The 80 lb/ 30% range has us in a tractor beam and won't let us go - all power to the thrusters!
In that spirit, I'm off to run. Time to move my still-too-pudgy posterior.

Bouncing to better health - that's a fabulous idea! Oh, to have the energy of a toddler again, those pounds would simply melt away.
grumble. I still don't know where those pounds came from...
I am newly optimistic...no, not about reaching my goal. But over life changing activities paying dividends over time.
And oh yeah, the idea of 'bouncing' being a -good- thing.
